UK is about to get his seventh prime minister since the Brexit vote after UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his resignation on June 22nd. The favourite is Andy Burnham, the mayor of Greater Manchester who's win in the Makerfield byelection increased pressure on Starmer. FRANCE 24's Clovis Casali tells us more.
